To get started, download the "Phomemo" app from your device’s app store. Once installed, follow the on-screen instructions to connect your phone to your printer. After pairing is complete, simply select the content you wish to print within the app and enjoy a seamless printing experience.

Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues

1) Check Battery Power
Low battery levels can impact print quality. Verify the printer’s battery level. If it is below 30%, charge it for 2-3 hours before printing. To check the battery level, turn on the printer and double-click the power button to print a self-test page.

2) Adjust Print Density
In the app, go to the print preview section, click on “Print,” and modify the print density as needed.

3) Clean the Print Head
Use alcohol wipes to clean the cutting section of the printer, focusing on areas with black lines. Ensure there is no adhesive residue or foreign objects on the print head. Open the printer’s top cover to locate the print head.

4) Replace the Paper Roll
Print quality may be affected by moisture exposure. Replace the paper roll if necessary and store new rolls in a sealed, cool, dry, and dark environment.

If Nothing Is Coming Out Of The Print/Black Line Appearing

The paper roll may be too large and cause a jam. Unroll a small portion to create more space. If nothing prints, check that the paper roll is correctly installed and aligned.
